Two simple ways to spice up your snacks!

Roasted Almonds & Pepitas (20 min)
- 1 cup Almonds
- ½ cup Pepitas (Pumpkin Seeds)
- 1 - 2 pinch Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
Alternative: Maple Sriracha Almonds & Pepitas (30 min)
- 1 cup Almonds
- ½ cup Pepitas (Pumpkin Seeds)
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
- ¼ cup Sriracha Chili Sauce
Roasted Almonds & Pepitas
Preheat oven to 350°. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add almonds & pepitas to a shallow bowl. Drizzle in olive oil & salt, and toss.
Spread mixture onto parchment lined baking sheet, in one even layer.
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes, or until they start to crackle and give off toasty aromatics.
Alternative: Maple Sriracha Almonds & Pepitas
Preheat oven to 350°. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk the maple & sriracha.
Add in the almonds & pepitas. Mix thoroughly.
Spread mixture onto lined baking sheet in one even layer.
Roast for 25 - 30 minutes, tossing occasionally, until almonds are golden.
