SWEET GREENS SALAD + BALSAMIC AND ALMOND RICOTTA

Peaches, pitted and sliced

Grape Tomatoes

Halved

Spinach + Arugula Mixture

Avocado
,
Diced

Fresh Herbs: Mint, Dill, Parsely

tbsp
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1
tbsp
Balsamic Vinegar
Kite Hill Almond Ricotta
Salt + Freshly Ground Pepper
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk olive oil and vinegar. Swirl the mixture in the bowl so it coats the sides.
Add spinach, peaches, tomatoes, salt & pepper to bowl and toss.
Top with avocado + basil strips.
